  2. Is there a passage of scripture that come to mind?
    If you can remember it, recite it to yourself several times, or else look it up and read it several times
  3. Wait for a word to emerge from the scripture
  4. Hold the word in your heart
  5. Say something to God and listen
  6. Be still – and “know that I am God.”
  7. Write something down in a notebook, or online in the forum
