Using the Rosary

  1. Read or recall the news item
  2. Say the rosary, pausing at the end of each decade to listen to your heart
  3. Before beginning the next decade, call the news item to mind again
  4. At the end of the rosary place yourself and all those involved the news item in the hands of Mary
  5. In the light of the prayer, make up a short sentence that you can repeat to yourself from time to time during the day.
